Returns/Refunds

At AR Creations we believe you will love your beautiful handmade products! Therefore, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, purchased wrong size or you no longer have a use for the item.

If an item is defective or damaged in transit please send us an email within 7 days of receiving  your order to arbabycreations@hotmail.com or message our Facebook or Instagram page to discuss returning your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your item is received and inspected we will notify you whether we can offer a refund or exchange. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Custom Orders

All Custom orders will need a 50% deposit to secure your order with the remainder to be paid once the item has been made. Your payment/deposit may or may not be refundable if you change your mind. This will be at the discretion of AR Creations. Once a custom ordered has begun being made, we are unable to refund it.
